Cake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Sift together flour, sugar, salt and baking soda in a large bowl. Set aside. Combine butter, water and peanut butter in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Add to flour mixture and mix well. Set aside. Combine eggs, vanilla and buttermilk. Add to peanut butter mixture. In saucepan, mix together peanut butter, water and margarine. Bring to a rapid boil and pour over the flour mixture. Mix together and add the eggs and buttermilk. Pour into greased sheet cake pan. (or 2 - 9x13 pans) Bake at 350° for 20-25 min. Frosting. Bring margarine, peanut butter and buttermilk to a rapid boil. Add vanilla and powdered sugar.
